Troca por outro artigo (altera\u00e7\u00e3o de cor ou tamanho) ou por um voucher<\/strong><\/h5>

O Cliente disp\u00f5e de 30 dias seguidos, a contar da data de recep\u00e7\u00e3o da encomenda para proceder \u00e0 troca do artigo.
A troca por um voucher no mesmo valor dos produtos encomendados ter\u00e1 uma validade de dois anos a contar da data da encomenda que gerou a troca.<\/p>

Em todos os casos os artigos devolvidos devem estar em perfeito estado, sem marcas de uso, dentro da embalagem original fechada, com o n\u00famero de unidades completo, acompanhados de todos os folhetos ou outros artigos adicionais, bem como a fatura.<\/p>

Os valores dos portes de envio das trocas para Portugal s\u00e3o pagos pela Shoelutions.Store. Caso se trate de uma troca para o estrangeiro, s\u00e3o pagos pelo cliente.<\/p>

Devolu\u00e7\u00f5es e reembolsos<\/strong><\/h5>

O Cliente disp\u00f5e de 15 dias seguidos, a contar da data de recep\u00e7\u00e3o da encomenda para proceder \u00e0 devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do artigo. Os artigos devolvidos devem estar em perfeito estado, sem marcas de uso e dentro da embalagem original fechada, com o n\u00famero de unidades completo, acompanhados de todos os folhetos ou outros artigos adicionais, bem como a fatura.<\/p>

O reembolso dos valores pagos ser\u00e1 efetuado ap\u00f3s a rece\u00e7\u00e3o dos artigos nas nossas instala\u00e7\u00f5es e verifica\u00e7\u00e3o do seu estado.\u00a0<\/p>

Os custos de envio para a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos artigos ficam a cargo do cliente.<\/p>

Como efectuar as trocas e devolu\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h5>

Caso deseje efectuar uma troca ou devolu\u00e7\u00e3o por favor informe-nos imediatamente atrav\u00e9s do e-mail info@j-unk.com<\/a> indicando a refer\u00eancia da sua encomenda e do artigo que deseja trocar ou devolver. A nossa equipa entrar\u00e1 em contacto consigo para agendar a recolha do artigo ou indicar outra forma de envio do mesmo.

Na eventualidade de receber um artigo com algum defeito dever\u00e1 informar-nos o mais breve poss\u00edvel e no prazo m\u00e1ximo de 15 dias seguidos a contar da data de recep\u00e7\u00e3o da encomenda, atrav\u00e9s do endere\u00e7o de e-mail para info@j-unk.com<\/a>. No e-mail dever\u00e1 indicar a refer\u00eancia da encomenda e do artigo com defeito, descrevendo o melhor poss\u00edvel qual o defeito detectado e se poss\u00edvel acompanhado de fotografias do defeito do artigo.<\/p>

Ap\u00f3s a recep\u00e7\u00e3o do e-mail a nossa equipa entrar\u00e1 em contacto consigo por forma a substituir o artigo bem como indicar a forma de recolha do artigo defeituoso.<\/p>
