We work always to make you receive your order as quickly as possible, that’s why we work with the carriers that give us the greatest assurance to achieve the excellence we want.
Shipping costs
The costs related to shipping vary according to the weight, destination and value of your order.
Portugal – mainland and islands | in purchases over 75€ the shipping costs are free and in purchases under 75€ have a cost of 6€.
Spain – peninsular | in purchases over 75€ the shipping costs are free and in purchases under 75€ have a cost of 8€.
Other regions | The value is informed before completing your order and depends on the final destination, weight and value of the purchase.
Delivery time
All our orders are shipped the same day or the next day depending on whether the order is placed before or after 12am (portuguese local time). After shipping, the delivery time depends on the final destination:
Portugal and Spain: 1 to 2 working days for mainland, 2 to 3 working days for islands.
Europe: around 5 working days.
USA: for USA we use express delivery, it takes about 2 working days.
ORDER TRACKING
After we make the shipment we notify our customers that it has been shipped and send a tracking code so they can follow the shipment.
